Pumpkin with apples and lotuses - post-Covid nutrition

Pumpkin with fresh lotus seeds, juicy red apple, helps to replenish blood, energy, and mental peace for the sick, debilitated, people who have just experienced an illness, especially after being infected with Covid-19.

Jujube is sweet, warm, beneficial with vitality, generates new fluids, detoxifies.

Ingredients for one person include mini Japanese pumpkin (about 200g), 20-30g fresh lotus seeds or 10-15g dried lotus seeds, 3 red apples, just enough rock sugar according to taste.

Steps to take

- Wash the squash, drain the water, then cut the pumpkin face, remove the pumpkin seeds, keep the intestines.

- Fresh lotus seeds washed. Wash red apples, cut into 2-3 parts, remove seeds.

- Put lotus seeds and red apples in the heart of the squash. If it is a dry lotus seed, it needs to be stewed until it is tender before putting it in the distillation.

- Dissolve rock sugar dissolved in enough water, pour into the squash.

- Place the squash in a bowl and bring to a boil, reduce heat until the ingredients are soft and taste just right.

- Eat while still hot and on an empty stomach.
